The final building is now complete at The Campus at San Diego Business Park, designed by PCA. The recently completed,137,000sf, Class A, Industrial building brings the total campus build-out to 675,000sf. Building features include 32’ clear height, ESFR fire sprinklers, 4000 amp electrical service, 33 dock high doors, 4 grade level doors and a 190’ truck yard between buildings.

In January of 2017 Murphy Development Company (“MDC”) purchased the 538,000 square-foot two-building campus at the San Diego Business Park in Otay Mesa from Panasonic Corporation of North America. MDC originally master planned and developed the project for Sanyo Corporation in 1986. Sanyo Corporation was acquired by Panasonic in 2010. PCA was brought on board by MDC to renovate the existing 538,000sf 2-building campus.

The renovation includes new landscaping, outdoor amenities, new energy-efficient glass, new lobbies, new tenant suites with dock-high and grade doors, and an upgraded solar system.

Another PCA project is complete! This 61,406 sf, 3-story building is located in Sorrento Valley and has been completely renovated to allow for full line visibility to the outside and includes lots of natural light.

The goal was to have a vibrant workplace that encourages creativity and community. There are colorful, full height wall graphics at the front entry that lead you in to the brand new lobby with a modern staircase to the upper floors. A skylight was added for extra daylighting- making this space feel open and fresh.

New Bathrooms were added with locker and shower areas.

On the exterior of the building, balconies were added along with a large patio area with a built-in BBQ and large sliding glass entry doors. Eco-friendly additions were incorporated in the design including car charging stations and and drought tolerant landscape.
